The Seagrave family, composed of Rick, Jaimee, and their sons Luke and Sam, epitomizes the core values of Rally. Rick is an orthopedic surgeon in Springfield, Missouri, while Jaimee transitioned from being an educator to her cherished role as a full-time, intentional spouse and mother. Their boys, Luke and Sam, are disciplined and competitive, knowing when to be serious and when to embrace lightheartedness.

Rick and Jaimee chose to Rally Their Family because they recognize that life isn't slowing down. They aim to create an environment where their boys always feel safe and want to return. They prioritize being the primary voices guiding their sons, grounding them in the authority of God's word and His calling for their lives.
